Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At TevarWear, every product is printed and prepared specifically for you after your order is placed. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Size Exchanges

We currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

To ensure the best fit, please refer to the size chart available on each product page before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding sizing, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly provide a replacement after verification.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • A clear unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and videos of the product and packaging must be provided.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Once our team verifies the issue, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only when a replacement cannot be arranged due to stock or production limitations.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Minor color variations caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings are not considered product defects.

  • Exchange and replacement requests are subject to product availability.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production or shipping process.
